Because nuts are generally low in carbohydrates the following servings provide not more than 3 grams of net carbs:

  • Macadamia - 10 to 12 nuts
  • Walnuts - 14 halves
  • Almonds - 14 nuts
  • Pecans - 14 halves
  • Hulled Sunflower seeds - 3 tbl.
  • Dry Roast Peanuts - 26 nuts 
  • Cashews - 2 tbl.
  • Natural Chunky Peanut Butter - 2 tbl.
  • Filberts - 14 nuts
  • Pine Nuts - 3 tbl.
  • Shelled Pistachios - 14 nuts
