MIXED GREENS W/ CANDIED PISTACHIOS

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

 

3 C. Mixed Greens

1 Granny Smith Apple, quartered & sliced

1/2 C. Crumbled Blue Cheese

1 C. Azar^? Chef Xpress Candied Pistachios

Dressing to taste (recommend Balsamic Vinaigrette or Citrus Vinaigrette)

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Divide mixed greens among four salad plates.

Top with sliced apple and blue cheese.

Sprinkle with pistachios

Drizzle salad dressing over top and serve immediately.

Serves 4.
