AZAR QUALITY CANDY RECIPES FROM
GEORGIA PEANUT SOUP
INGREDIENTS
1/2 C. Onions,
diced
1/2 C. Celery,
diced
1/2 C. Carrots,
diced
1/4 C. Butter
1 Tbsp. Curry
1 C. AzarÒ Peanut Butter
6 C. Chicken Stock
1/2 C. Flour
2 C. Milk
Salt and pepper to
taste
1/2 C. AzarÒ Granulated or Chopped Peanuts
DIRECTIONS
Lightly
sauté onion, celery and carrots in butter.
Add curry, cook for
one minute.
Add peanut butter
and chicken stock. Mix thoroughly.
Bring to simmer.
Dissolve flour in
milk and added to soup to thicken.
Salt
and pepper to taste.
Simmer 15-20
minutes
Top each serving
with granulated peanuts.
