CRUNCHY WALNUT SALAD

 

INGREDIENTS

7 leaves of Leaf Lettuce

6 leaves of Romaine Lettuce

7 leaves of Boston Lettuce

1/4 head Iceberg Lettuce

1/4 C. Sliced Carrots

1/4 C. Tomatoes

1/4 C. Shredded Red Cabbage

1/4 C. Slice Mushrooms

1/2 C. Azar^? Walnut Halves & Pieces

 

DIRECTIONS

Rinse and dry lettuce.

Tear Leaf, Boston, and Romaine lettuces into bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl.

Cut iceberg wedge into small cubes and add to bowl.

Add carrots, red cabbage, tomatoes, and sliced mushrooms.

Toss well; sprinkle with walnuts and serve with the dressing of your choice.
